Terms of Use — Learnya

These terms govern the use of the Learnya administration dashboard. By accessing the service, you agree to the conditions below, including the acceptable use policy, data protection commitments, and service availability expectations.

Article 1 — Service Description

Learnya provides a secure operations dashboard to monitor runs, guard rails, queues, and system health. The dashboard is accessible via a web browser and is intended for authorized administrators only.

Article 2 — Content and Usage

Access is granted strictly for operational supervision. Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service is prohibited. You agree to keep credentials confidential and to follow internal security policies.

Article 3 — Billing & Access

Billing and access terms are defined in your service agreement. If applicable fees are not paid, access may be suspended according to the timelines defined in that agreement.

Article 4 — Provider Responsibilities

We commit to maintaining the dashboard infrastructure, providing updates, and responding to incidents within a reasonable timeframe. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Article 5 — User Responsibilities

  • Use the service for authorized operational purposes only.
  • Maintain secure access controls and device hygiene.
  • Report anomalies or security concerns promptly.

Article 6 — Service Level Expectations

We target high availability for the dashboard and critical telemetry. Specific availability targets are governed by your service agreement.

Article 7 — Confidentiality

Operational data and telemetry accessible through Learnya are confidential. You agree not to disclose any sensitive information to third parties without authorization.

Article 8 — Data Protection

Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Where relevant, processing details are documented in your service agreement and privacy policy.

Article 9 — Termination

Access can be suspended or terminated in case of material breach, security risk, or non-compliance with these terms.

Article 10 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction in Geneva, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
